We bring the store to you

Custom window treatment design services, including draperies, valances, blinds, shades, shutters, and more at surprisingly competitive prices ! Let Jane, Certified Window Fashion Professional, simplify the task of dressing your windows while achieving the functionality you desire, such as a finished look, thermal protection, glare reduction, or all these features ! Conveniently bringing the ‘showroom’ to your home or office on Boston’s South Shore, VWD collaborates with the client on the design, measures, specifies and orders, arranges for and personally manages the installation of custom window treatments.

We are excited to serve the needs of our neighbors from Cohasset to Plymouth, including Hingham, Norwell, Hanover, Scituate, Marshfield and Kingston.

Vision Window Décor represents all the major vendors such as Hunter Douglas, Kravet, Robert Allen, Kirsch, Iron Art, Horizon Shades, Norman Shutters, etc. and passes on significant discounts to the client on good, better and best quality products.    Hourly rates typically are not charged, saving the client $$ when only the finished products are invoiced.   Collaboration with the Interior Designer on a project is common, though not required.

(Vision Window Decor is the new name of Jane’s formerly owned national franchise, V2K Window Decor, opened in 2005)

Vision Window Decor is proud to support charitable organizations !  The most significant effort was for the Norfolk Advocates for Children Center in Franklin.  This non-profit organization provides professional services to abused children in Norfolk County.  All the horizontal blinds, for 38 windows !, providing privacy, thermal control and glare reduction were made available to NAC at cost with no allowance for the design time, order processing time or installation time for these attractive, custom window treatments.   It was our pleasure to ‘give back’ by supporting the health and welfare of children in Massachusetts.

Among other charitable efforts, VWD has been an active supporter of the Duxbury Newcomers Club Annual House Tours, the Plymouth Antiquarian Society Annual House Tours, the Jordan Hospital Club, Cranberry Hospice, and the Big Brother/Big Sister organization .
